On Friday, December 13, 2024, the Clinical Psychology Laboratory of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta held a psychological first aid & peer counseling training activity attended by psychology students from semesters 3, 5, and 7. This training aims to improve participants' understanding and skills in providing initial psychological support and peer counseling services to individuals or groups in need. This activity began at 13.00 WIB with an opening by the master of ceremonies followed by remarks by Mrs. Denisa Apriliawati, S.Psi., M. Res as the head of the psychology study program. The next session was filled by Mrs. Nopi Rosyida Qoriana, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist. After the entire series of training is complete, hopefully participants can apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired in their daily lives. Overall, the event went smoothly with a very good level of participant participation.
