On November 16, 2024, at the Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Old Rectorate Building, the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Laboratory held a leadership training activity with the theme "Foresting Collaborative: Unclocking Your Potential for Tomorrow's Success" with resource person Akhmad Najib Mustofa, S.Psi., C. HRNLP as Human Resource and moderated by Vera Margaretno Mauliddiyah. This activity was filled with warm and enthusiastic discussions from participants regarding good leadership for students and in the world of work, in addition to this leadership training there was a group discussion forum (FGD) where participants were given case studies to be solved in groups and presented.
